This seminar, organized by the Tokyo SME Support Agency, is aimed at companies considering an acquisition, or already engaged in a post-merger integration (PMI) process, and wishing to master the issues involved. For this first session of 2025, Masato OTSUBO, CEO of YUKI Holdings, will share his own experience. The event will be held in a hybrid format: face-to-face in Tokyo and online.
